    ... reading areas. If you can judge a town by its library then Steamboast Springs, Colorado is a first rate place to live (at least in the summer unless you ski). We even talked about renting here in the furure. After visiting the library we walked the main drag in town. Checked out several stores including F.M. Light and Sons. This is a true Western store specializing in fancy boots. Rows and rows of boots. If I could bend, I might buy a pair! We did purchase 2 shirts for me ...

    Woke to a beautiful Sunday morning. This is a wonderful way to appreciate nature. We both slept well even with a thunder storm. Our hostess (Twila) prepared breakfast. Several courses-egg casserole, sausage, fruit, fresh baked muffins, juice, coffee and my personal favorite whole milk. Twila even gave us the remained muffins "for the road." Very filling but we did stop for a quick lunch at Arby's.

    ... water and some wifi...still no luck with the bag, it seems to have disappeared into United's black hole..but good to hear about the world.     ... in Steamboat Springs, an alpine town cut out of the side of a mountain, with lodges and cabins dotting the mountain side and smooth green paths rising to the sky between the trees…ski trails with no snow. And we checked into our hotel and were lucky enough to have a room with a view of the ski slope.
