It was a long drive down to Reno, but I was there for one reason and that was to play cards. Specifically blackjack.
      Because seriously right?

After cleanup, I was so tired I just hit the sack...dreaming of ...

... hair when the black sand collects on the magnetic area.

Dylan and Emma play in the water for ages with the tennis balls. Dylan actually has a really good throw on him, catching is another matter, so we play splash instead. Rich takes over and leaps and dives around catching the ball, making them both giggle.

Lovely picnic on the rug for the children after a refreshing dip in the lake. Dylan wants to keep playing and not sleep, so Emma takes ...

... the meals were. The abundance of all the tropical fruit and fish was delightful. At dusk the really big fruit bats come out. We found out where they hang out during the day and that prompted us to brave the hot temperatures, jungle trails, a steep hike and huge spiders to find them. We missed the turn off to the tree and never got to see them. However, the hike and scenery turned out to be spectacular. I think I could get used to this place and would like to stay ...
