... moving up from Melbourne earlier in the year. We ended up staying for dinner though we only went for a cuppa.
Wednesday we did the washing, shopping, etc in preparation for our trip south to Melbourne. We went out to a nice pasta restaurant with Ewan, Wendy and Ida to celebrate Rob & Wendy's birthdays belatedly (both last week). Then we left the warm weather behind and headed for Melbourne.

... dining room table. It is a mammoth job as we have to sort out what has been pre-ordered and what is for sale today. Noah runs these down to the school and I get Woody ready for footy.
Noah zooms back, collects Woody and off they go to footy.
Leaving me to me a batch of chocolate chip biscuits, get ready, finish the gingerbreads and inhale some porridge.
The fellas come back briefly so Noah ...
... show again and then we head home.
We chat to Noah for a bit and show him the purchases. Woody plays and then watches a movie whist I cook dinner and make some scones.
We have a lovely chat over dinner which included Woody’s excellent conversation starter, ‘Would you marry a panther?’ I said I would think about it. Noah looks surprised / confused at this and woody laughs his head off.
... fuel the 'Gruffalo sweat shop’ workers. When we get home the Mothership is ’30 day shredding’ so we let her finish that before we put her to work!
Noah almost gets stuck into work, but he just does a few Gruffalo things first.....
He makes labels for the water, the party bags, for the party table, the feast boxes and seals to wrap the food. Everything looks gorgeous.

... we need to get us some beach pretty quick smart. So we throw ourselves and some things in a bag and we are on our way.
It is very windy and we are wondering if the beach is the best idea ever. And then it starts raining. Massive groan.
So, we go to the shops and decide we are going to treat ourselves to something nice of lunch. We did not bring any toys / ...
