    ... I must say that the moscato wine is really good. It costs A$18.50 a bottle and unfortunately, they do not export the wine. The vineyard isn't big, nor is it medium-sized, which is probably the reason why they don't export. We embarked on a long day of driving stopping for lunch in Townsville where some drunken Aussies invited themselves in our van for lunch, after they finally left we made a swift exit to get away from the crazy people!     ... how things go we are all having a ball, but wait Jan forgets about the curry!!!! Now we are having burnt curried eggs & prawns. It wasn’t too bad especially with some good red wine.

    Staggering home we crash into bed asleep before the head hits the pillow.

    Wednesday 29 JanuaryWe walk to Queens Street to pick up the airport bus., a ten minute walk. We are not used to walking with our backpacks on! The streets still have a lot of people milling around. We are surprised how many young females are walking alone.
