This morning we bid a fond farewell to Sydney by catching a slightly dubious taxi to the airport. ... everything packed and ready last night, I woke up at 3AM and threw on some clothes and made the 20 minute walk to Civic train station. The train came at 4:02 and the others (Brooke, Derek and Nathanael) got on at Hamilton. We went straight to the international airport, which took up until about 7AM. ... this year. A casual evening was spent with some English girls, discussing travelling adventures so far. An early morning was in order to further fine tune our surfing skills, so we took advantage of the hostel's free surfboard hire and headed to Sunshine beach.
