It was interesting (and reassuring) to see how well the students engaged with the experience. When we got back on the bus and Curtis asked if we had enjoyed our visit there was a rapturous cry of "YES!" Hi everyone! I'm back and feeling much better now :) A bit sad that I lost out on going to the Paley Center and the MOMA (museum of modern art) but I really needed the rest it seemed. We've packed our bags ready for tomorrow, have to be out of the room by 12noon but aren't being picked up until 3:30pm so we have quite a bit more time. May have to buy another suitcase to carry all our goodies. We arrive home at 6:45am Monday and whist I've had a fabulous time, especially in NY, I'll be glad to get home to home sweet home. We still live in the best country in the world!!! Without doubt. See you soon Cheers ...

... The caramel was my favorite because the whipped cream tasted like sweet salted butter. I was so sad to only discover this place on my last day. My last subway ride was on the G train. I got extremely luck when transferring from the L. As the flock of people leaving the L and heading to the G were approaching the entrance to the platform we started to see people coming up the stairs. This is the dreaded sign that the train has ...
