... things or showing you where to park your car, they will do anything for a few euros and they just have a plastic bag of their belongings but they are always smiling and polite when they approach. Never seen any trouble with them and the waiter told us that the Government was trying to help them. It was so sad to see them just standing on street corners looking thirsty and hungry in the heat! Today we got up and decided to just go into a smaller city nearby, Oristano, probably the third largest city here in Sardinia. GPS got us in not too far from the Tourist info centre which was a good start. ... just a short drive away called Peshiera Pontis. We went along and weren't disappointed. We just happened to rock up at 8 pm when it opened! People were already waiting outside while the waiter/owner finished his smoke. He took our booking down and opened the doors.

... cool, air con, 2 bedrooms and plenty of room!! I was really shattered from the journey but we managed to walk into the centre of town, 15 minutes and get dinner.
