    ... golf course they have in the park. This is a much different park than the one we just came from, so we kind of wish we stayed in Ludington, at least now we know for next time! but it was good to take it easy for the day and recharge the batteries. Plus camping in the woods is always fun, even with nothing to do. We really enjoyed our stay in Michigan and hope to come back again some day! Now it's time for the next stop - to visit Marne! ...

    ... any others we have stayed at, so maybe in the end it all evens out. Along the way we saw a huge sunflower farm; just fields and fields of sunflowers; and what great timing because they were all in bloom; that was a first and something I'll always remember for sure.     The rain held off for most of the first show and then, of course, the skies opened up during finale. Some of the crowd made it to their cars in time but most did not so the tent was packed full of people waiting it out. By some miracle, I had a few kids who wanted their faces painted as the wind whipped the tent and rain was flying in through every opening.
