    ... in Gypsum (another 20 mins further west). It would appear that despite being called OCTOBER fest, everywhere locally had already celebrated it in's not just me that finds this strange, right?!?!

    Anyway, Gypsum was the only place that had theirs in October so we went to see what it was all about....again a little quiet compared to what we expected but still a fun few hours. We had Bratwursts, Darren had a special brewed beer from near by 'Bonfire ...

    ... it did the job and Darren was ready to go have his interview. We parked up in Vail and walked around for a while as we had a little time to kill.     ... along I-70, really didn't know the old girl could do 90!!! We passed through Glenwood springs where doc Holliday is buried & was treated in the hot springs. We then took the 82 off towards Aspen. We approached Aspen watching the Lear jets land & take off, rather a wealthy town greeted us.
