Mission Beach to Bluewater Park

Left Mission Beach and decided to do the Tully Sugar Mill Tour which was really interesting. Continued on our way to Townsville, stopping at Frostys for a mango ice-cream along the way. As it was getting later, we decided to free camp the night at Bluewater Park. Lovely spot to camp, however Kieran was a little upset when his boomerang became a stick and was lost in nearby bushes.

... i brought it down to her and then she was off and wrapped around some poor man leg clinging for dear life, she did how ever like the turtle and tried to squeeze its head! and she poked the snake so as the day went on she got braver. I thought it was rather funny that she had never seen these animals before yet, like with the croc, she knew they weren't so friendly she sure ant silly! It was a great day and now I'm off to bed for a big drive to cairns tomorrow. ...
