    ... for us! After a brief wander round town, we headed home to relax on this special day and get ready for cooking the rest of the food. Dinner was a success, and we were all stuffed after.     ... it and on my first bounce, I shouted "woooooooooooooo!" as loud as I could, which echoed around the canyon. I yanked hard at the chord on my legs I was told to yank.     ... countryside was beautiful. From Akoara we travelled inland to Mount Cook, passing Lake Taupo and Lake Pukaki. Our timing was just right as we got to see a stunning red sunset across the lake with the snow capped mountains in the background. After a cold windy nights sleep, during which Lucy was worried the van might topple, we set of to discover the area.     ... look like oversized rats that hiss and play dead. Took gondola to top of steep ridge overlooking Queenstown, amazing views. Bummed I didn't have a chance to try luging, but was late and rainy in any case.
