... After a quick clean-up and change, I headed back into town for Friday night services. On the way, the bus packer was telling me that I was headed the wrong way- Oistens is the place to be Friday night (which is what I had heard in St. Vincent as well.) Services were nice, even if they weren't a big fish fry. I was looking to head there afterwards, but apparently the party in Barbados ends early and doesn't run till 5am like it does in St. Kitts.

... not unique to Barbardos--I mean, I met a guy 3 years ago in London who would periodically write me emails about my tattoo but, back home, it's not the first thing that is blurted out. First, the customs patrol who commented that he liked it. "Thanks," I said and realized I'd have no problem getting through. The next guy was peddler along the "Gap" as they call it, who called me Shelly With The Eagle and wanted me to come over and talk to him. When ...

Day one objective: sleep as much as possible and relax. Mission accomplished.

Well here we are in Barbados. We got into the apartment at about midnight last night. It was interesting to find the place, because nobody really has addresses around here, just some main street names and then landmarks. Our cab driver from the airport was pretty awesome - he found the place fairly easily and then wouldn't leave until we had made contact with our host and he ...
