... an origami mask yesterday for the masquerade party and today I made a cute kitty costume out of polkadot duckling tape. It went better than I thought. I watched way too much art attack as a kid and now I'm using it for adult purposes. The Austrian Alps are just like the Swiss Alps. ... in Kufstein they were still held up for as far as we could see. Having a hotel in the Old Town is lovely but gives Gavinshka hell. A road that had been completely torn up didn't help! The boys eventually found the hotel on foot and we had to do a huge loop of Kufstein in the van due to the one way roads. ... and images of St Leonhard, the healer of working animals. It is pretty amazing, although I couldn't help but think if only the cows could talk - "hey, there are those crazy humans taking pictures of us hoofin it down the road with these ridiculous weeds on our head as we **** at their feet...". Not very exciting for the non-golfers but today we went to the lovely nearby village of Goldegg to play golf. The weather was perfect and the course was just beautiful.
