... all headed to Fort Myers beach to see the sand sculpture competition. Very cool - today was the first day so the sand sculptures were just in their beginning stages. The master sculptors have 21 hours to complete their pieces. It would be interesting to see them complete. Saturday: went to "Bennetts" for breakfast this morning - just across the road form park. No wifi here but free wifi there. Gave us all ...

... the Miromar outlet mall in Fort Myers since it was cold and rainy. Had lunch at chipotle again - very good! The ladies and the men went their separate ways for 2 hours. It's quite a large outlet- lots to choose from. Then we picked up Jim and Sue's vehicle (in being fixed/serviced) and stopped in at another outlet on the way back to Sanibel. ... had all the streets closed off in Venice .The vehicles were all on display by their proud owners with over 200 on display . In the lineup on the streets were Camaros, Chevs , Monaros, Thunderbirds, Mustangs (muscle cars mainly)….many of them convertibles dating back to the 50’s, and a few ‘Al Capone’ style vehicles from the 1940’s.. A glorious sunny morning, with all various coloured paintworks shining brightly in the hot sun.
