    ... opted for lunch at The Wharf, not so fine but fun. Our waitress was a little ditzy with her memory, again the treat of the meal was fried green tomatoes.

    ... away and visited the Patriots Point Naval Museum. They had an aircraft carrier and submarine you could tour. The self guided tour was amazing and we all wished we could have seen the ship back in the day when it was being used. The planes and helicopters on deck were in great shape and the boys couldn't get over the fact that planes took off and landed in that exact spot. ...

    ... table and 2 rocking chairs give it that old southern charm. Now all we need is a low country boil to complete the scene. As we explored the rest of the site we found that there is a fire pit, small market with Disney pins (my addiction will be satisfied), a pier that you can fish off of and a ping pong table and foosball (I’m hoping to take Alison on in this).

    ... it’s worth coming to Savannah just to try this place out. President Obama has even sat at one of these tables to share a meal which made me wonder who had sat in my chair before me and what stories they shared. I bought a cookbook on the way out because I will definitely be making some of these at home for my friends and family.
