... in front of it before it turned bad. Oh boy! We pulled anchor at 0700 hours. As we headed out the waves was to our backs and the wind was at 90 degrees. Perfect day for sailing! We were able to sail for the majority of the 10 hour trip to Turks and Caicos. The last 15 miles we came into the old familiar head winds and waves to our bow.

Tonight we walked to the next hotel over, The Beach House, for dinner. A quaint hotel with a lovely restaurant. Sean compared it to Parallel 23 (only better). I would agree. Parallel 23 was pretentious.The tables are set out by the pool so there isn't a view but the setting is nice.

... If I’d known the spacing was that tight I could have landed long and gotten off sooner. One thing I discovered on my RTW flight is that nobody knows my plane type so they don’t know what it can and can’t do. Maybe they thought it was jet and needed the whole runway.
