Lots of people getting on the California Zephyr and the Texas Express. The waiting area for passengers is nice with complimentary beverages and free Wifi. Not sure if I'll have wifi on the train but my iPhone should hopefully get a signal so I'll be able to update ...

... do dinner for everyone (6 people Thursday night). Mike recommended a grocery store and off we went.

Once out of the house we realised we were hungry and set about tracking down some Chicago-style pizza. TripAdvisor revealed we were near to Giordano’s, which had been recommended by Lonely Planet and was advertising lunch deals. We ended up sharing a ‘small’ stuffed (deep-dish) pizza called ‘The Special’, which had onion, sausage and ...

... Rex ever found. She measures 43 ft from head to, uh, tail, and she is 13 ft tall at the hip. Her skeleton is 90% complete. Her skeleton is by far the most photographed item here, and I was thankful to have arrived just shortly after the museum opened at 9 am - I ...
