... hadn't realised when we stopped in Bellinzona last night that it is a Unesco World Heritage listed site, as it has 3 magnificent castles built in the 13th, 14th & 15th centuries and surrounded by a high city wall, and then surprisingly the weekend was also Unesco 'open house' weekend, so all buildings were open and free to the public.

... hotel Villa Sebolloni (a very posh, ritzy hotel here.) they are traveling with a large group associated with a lighting manufacturer that sponsors vacations for their customers every year.
