We had planned to get to Noosa a day earlier than we did but we were silly enough not to book our hostel for Noosa before we went to Castaway. So we were on the coach for 12 hours travelling to Noosa and we spent that time just panicking and ringing round hostels hoping that they would have some cancellations. When we got off the bus at Noosa I was on the phone to hostels, still praying that they had beds free for the night ...

... one day - a car was on the wrong side of the road coming towards us and we had to swerve to avoid it but our mirrors collided - we ended up with a broken mirror but the other car had a smashed mirror and a broken drivers window. The young bloke driving was a bit shaken up but admitted his error and he agreed to pay for our damage.

On Saturday October 11, we met Sam and Libby at the Eumundi Markets. Eumundi is ...

It was just after 2pm when we headed back to Coolum and the Coffee Stop Cafe, in the car with Drue. We caught up with Chris in the cafe, who treated us to a couple of amazing drinks! (Mango smoothie and Strawberry milkshake, both served in a couple of ...

... than 10mintues! Which is a shame because heading to the
main area later that day the waves, in Paul's words, were perfect!
Unfortunately, we didn't have our swim gear, or a board, and it was
getting late so Paul just watched longingly at the other surfers out
there gliding along the waves. The clouds soon gathered again and so
we headed back for another night in. I'm sure Noosa is great, and we
did like it there, but with the waether as it was, it ...
