    ... on to Sunshine Beach.
    I jumped in at Tea Tree. The more you climb rocks and get close to the break the less you have to paddle. With less paddling however comes more risk when you have to jump off the rocks timed to the sets of waves....:-)

    ... for the Olympics which is cool but by they have no end date on when they are coming home. They have really caught the travel bug and are those type of travellers who admitted that she won't know how to live in "the real" world anymore but nice all the same.     ... to the Triton to take measurements etc., and started shaking his head. It appears that what we thought was a 3t. towing capacity was in reality only 2.3t. Soooo on to Plan B. Thank goodness for Plan B. Now, instead of new van, it is new car - Isuzu DMax space cab with alloy tray and 3.5t. towing., with ladder racks and towbar thrown in, and a 2nd hand van. We paid a deposit on the DMax today, there is only one silver space cab in Qld. and it is in Brisbane so should be here ...

    ... scary, i was just sitting on my board waiting for the next set when a single fin broke the surface of the water... only about 15m away, luckily it was just a lonely dolphin but it was definitely a shock.

    The best surf however was at Boomerang beach were there was no time to even begin to think about sharks because the waves were 12 foot!!! Huge walls of water ...

    ... and free ice creams, we were in heaven! It was short lived however as we realised there was something wrong with our car Wilson. We'd had a few spluttering coming up the road, he'd died whilst sat idling at some lights, but now poor Wilson wouldn't start at all! Oh dear.... But if we had to break down, we were in the right place to do it! Daniel, the campgrounds part time employee, was a bit of a whizz with cars, he agreed that maybe it was the fuel filter and offered to help ...
