    ... was time to stop for lunch in Gulf Shores Ala. Great pictures, shrimp salad and an ice cold beer. I only had 80 miles or so to Bayou La Batre, Ala. With the sun shining, I headed north to 98 west again to then Scenic 98.

    ... property was beautiful and expansive. I took a picture of the motor home through the trees near the welcome center building and thought it looked pretty cool.

    I walked toward the welcome center and noticed a sign that read "NO PETS WITHIN 100 FEET OF BUILDING." That is weird. I have never seen a sign like that before. Maybe they don’t allow pets in the building, but within 100 feet? I guess people are welcome, but pets aren’t.

    We are spending more time hanging out at home, and as a consequence, are getting acquainted with our neighbors. The casual atmosphere is non-threatening to casual conversations. If we sit outside on our patio chances are pretty high that someone will be walking by and stop to pass the time of day.
