... an up and coming neighborhood. But there is a run down apartment bldg/motel that backs up to this property and I am not comfortable buying a house that would be empty much of the time in a rather mixed area. My guess is that this area will continue to improve and this property will increase in value. If we were younger and looking to invest for the future this would be a good bet. But we are looking for a place to use in the winter and leave for long periods of time. ...

... a 6th generation native Indian. She was very knowledgeable about the history, wildlife, and navigation of these waterways. Since it was just the three of us it was a lot of fun and were awarded with sights of sea turtles, ospreys and dolphins playing in the wake of our boat. On our way home we stopped at a small Havana restaurant to pick up take-out, delicious Mahi Mahi and Grouper wraps and headed home as Ziggy had been alone for 5 hours. ...

... Beach has been another favorite place for First Mate to visit. Although it is not directly on the Pinellas Trail, it is a fun ride and who does not like visiting a beach?

While biking is great fun, paddle boarding is just as much fun and this week, the weather and water were finally warm enough to enjoy this activity. Thus far, First Mate has gone every day the weather permits and believe me, every day paddling on the water is an adventure. There have been dolphins, jelly ...
