Caught the ferry, Spirit of Tasmania, from Devonport at 7.30pm on Monday 19 May and, after uneventful crossing of Bass Strait, travelled to Coleambally, NSW the next day where we spent late afternoon and evening with Terry and Sue Inglis. After it got dark, we went to the beach (in a ...

I was beginning to despair of ever seeing kangaroos during our stay and then lo and behold - we took a drive up to the Glasshouse mountains a couple of days ago and while sitting in the Lookout Cafe, I spotted three under a tree and while we were watching they moved out into the sunshine to graze and then bounded off - only to be joined by several others from different tree ...

    ... Australia..

Thoroughly enjoyed my "family" time in this city but without their knowledge, personal vehicle , itinerary etc ...A visit would be rather bewildering .. No tourism infrastructure in place it seems.. But a great place if you like eating, shopping.. (All classes, high end & for fun!)..interacting with the locals.. Watching the traffic crawl by .. and perhaps solving the traffic mayhem situation for ...
