... pace only to arrive and find the place closed. Fortunately, there is a pub about 100m away, which is open. It's surrounded by grass, and has a great view of South Brother hill. ... In 6 months traveling it was here that we had our first trip to a hospital.......A koala hospital! Here people bring ill or injured bears and they are operated on if required, lovingly nursed back to health and if possible released back into the wild. 13th October
It rained over night. A heavy down poor last night.
Another sleep in.
A wash of the car. Dust, rain and blue paint don't really go that we'll!

We met the Freeman's early afternoon and headed out to the Ricardo's Strawberry and Tomato farm. A taste of their salsa's, pickles, dips and jams. All very tasty. We bought some of the jams. Can't wait to try them out.
