... and my travelling partner and his family (brother and father) have flown in all the airplanes. It was pretty exciting to see, and also to hear all the fighters fly overhead. Today I saw flying in the pattern, an F-4 Phantom, Several F-15 Eagles, F-22 Raptors and F-16 Fighting Falcons. They make a nice rumbly noise that I hear all the way down into my tummy!

After I got my cardio in... I met the boys on the beach... it had cleared up and was a BEAUTIFUL day.... and our spot was particularly great because we were near a group of military guys... :) You can tell that there was some serious errosion since the last time I was there... The ride down was actually quite fun and pleasant. Nate is my ex of long ago.... cop turned pilot.... and David is one of his friends from back in the cop days, he is a dispatcher for 911. I was apprehensive as to see how this went, but everything was ...

    Great beachfront vacation!

    from anonymous

We rented a unit from owners (panamacitybeachrentals.org) at Panama Dunes. The unit e605 provides a panoramic view of the beach and the sound of surf. The sun rises behind the building which allowed us late sleep and several pleasant shaded hours each morning on the deck and later a sunset view. This unit was well equiped and comfortable. We had everything required in the kitchen. A great vacation!

    Great Stay!

    from MomofTeens

We went there with our teenager daughter and her friend in June 2003.

It was a great family place to stay yet it was convenient to all the best restaurants and the strip. Great pools there and it had beautiful tropical grounds. I plan on returning there again this year.

    The Dunes a must

    from anonymous

We have stayed at several properties in Panama City Beach over the years and heard so much about the DUNES OF PANAMA we had to try it out. BOY WERE WE IMPRESSED! The pools are great, the condos are DIRECT oceanfront(Buildings A & B) and close to all the amenities in PCB! We have stayed at the Summit- units are run down(next to clubs, spring breakers), Pinnicle Port is run down(hope you dont get a unit with orange countertops, he,he) many of the units dont face the ocean and most recently we stayed at Edgwater/Long Beach Resorts- way too big- expect to walk...We would highly recommend the DUNES OF PANAMA- Buildings A or B! We already have our reservations for next September........

What a great place to stay!!!!!!!!!!

    from anonymous

We have stayed at the Dunes for the past two years. The unit we stay at is in the E building on the 14th floor. WHAT A VIEW! The place was so clean, the employees were great. The day we had to pack up and leave we were able to see dolphins swimming and playing so close to the shore.

My co-worker told us about this wonderful place and we would not consider staying anywhere else in Panama City Beach. For a great family get away in October it could not be beat. Also try the ribs and good time at Pineapple Willy's. Can't wait to come back again.

    Great Place, Best on Beach

    from anonymous

This was our third time at Panama Beach and this was by far the nicest place we've stayed. The room was gorgeous, the staff friendly. We stayed in D building. There's a nice little store front downstairs with the nicest people. I highly recommend this place especially if you have a family. Other parts of the beach are overcrowded and rowdy, not here.

It's perfect. Wouldn't stay anywhere else now.

Dunes of Panama - a must!

    from anonymous

We just returned from a TERRIFIC stay at the DUNES OF PANAMA- Building A. The view from our 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATH unit was fabulious. Our MASTER BEDROOM faced the ocean. We rented through a private owner and stayed in A209 a great 2nd floor unit. Let me tell you the unit was in great shape and fairly priced. This family owns 2 units at the property and we have already made reservations for October for the other unit in the B Building.I would not recommend the C Building as it does not face the ocean. And the D and E buildings are way too high, we heard many people complaining about the elevators all week. Having to wait 10 minutes for an elevator was too much.Get ahold of this owner if you want to rent a nice unit, you can find him on the web just check "Dunes of Panama". I can't remember his site but he has A209 and another unit in the B building.Tell him Colin say HEY!

    Outstanding!

The Dunes of Panama is a great place to stay. Lots of amenities in the room and on site. I loved the little deli in E building .... great food! Excellent location near the park and all the great restruants. Enjoy your stay.

    Great Location

    from anonymous

Dunes was a great place to stay. We got a 2 bedroom in building "D". We had a great view of the ocean and the pool. The room was nicely furnished and had plenty of room to spread out. We had a pull-out in the living room which gave the kids extra room as well. I like staying at this area of the beach because it is quiet without all the night-life and yet close enough, you don't feel like you are driving many miles to get anywhere.

    Loved it

These condos were perfect they were in a good location and they are very roomy. Dunns are awsome on the inside and are a perfect place for the price
