    Today was an admin day. I've been advised to take out the money I need in advance of going to Cuba rather than do so there, and change it into either Canadian Dollars, Euros or Sterling (in that order), so it's a bit of a guesstimate of how much I need against how much I can take out each day.

    Early afternoon the next day we had the final leg to complete with a 5 hour flight down to Cancun in South Mexico. By the time we landed it was 8.30pm and our body clocks were an utter mess. We had gone from 7 hours ahead of the UK, through 5 time zones, over the international date line, through another 6 time zones to finally end up 6 hours behind GMT. It took almost 2 weeks for us to both manage a full nights sleep.
