We are at sea again today...that's the only bad thing about this trip going out of Houston--you are at sea a bunch of days! Rich likes having a new port every day, he tends to get bored easily. :))

We walked again this morning and then enjoyed our last big breakfast buffet--tomorrow will be a quickie since we are departing early. We have opted to carry off our own luggage so we don't have to set it out ...

We didnīt consider the beach itself to be so amazing either since there was a lot of sea grass and all the big hotels just ruined the expected relaxing vibe that beaches usually have. It was a bit of a mess, we couldn't get over how bizzar this system was. Finally after quite some time of yelling through a fence "Stephanie Glade-Write" hoping she would hear me, unbeknown to us a man approached steph and said "are ...

When I woke up this morning I was determined to overcome my fear of lone travel on public transport. Mike is still pretty ill and now has a nasty cough, and isn't going anywhere. Staying at home doing laundry all day was not a very exciting alternative. At home I'm independent, I go where I want when I want. Being here I feel I have lost that because I don't I know the city well enough to navigate it alone, and not being able to speak the local lingo ...
