... in Spain are. We tried to go to the zoo right next to the park but it was nearly closing time, and the lady at the counter told us we would need about 3 hours to see the zoo. So, we wandered around El Born and found some excellent crepe place run by a Chilean guy. 2 crepes(one savory, one sweet) and a beer/wine for 7 euros.. one of the best deals we had found so far. ... us, this is like the Christmas ad "Home for Christmas". We had planned it this way because we did not want to spend the Holidays by ourselves.
It is great to see the family after so many months. But, since we have been in contact through Skype, it does not feel that we have seen them in 4 months . Everyone is very happy !
Having a blog is great because when you get back you do not get the typical question of "so, tell us, how did it go?" Much easier this way!

We didn’t go into any of the buildings he designed – the long lines deterred us- but we definitely enjoyed the whimsical imprint he left on the city.
