We did find the coolest parking structure ever - 1111. It wasn't just about the number, as you know 11 is our number, but the design was completely open and rather eerie to drive through.
It was located at the end of what I would consider a very chichi open mall for sitting, shopping and dining. Lots of restaurants. Most of which had seating in what formed a central boulevard of restaurant patios. There were a ...

Headed out to the famous Ocean Drive for dinner, what a great street, right on the beach, almost all the building are in the original Miami art deco style with the fluro lights, check out the pictures.

... journey and then another 20 minute walk to the apartment. We had to stop and give our backs a break halfway there plus we were both drenched in sweat. Was much cheaper than a cab but think we may get a cab back to the airport... The apartment is quite cool and hippy like and owned by a girl called Kiren. We dumped our bags and went straight to Whole Foods to stock up for the next few days. Looking forward to cooking and not eating ...

Miami is one crazy night out. Last night we went for Cuban food and I had yuka in mojo ( I have no idea what it was!!) rice and sweet potatoes. The rice tasted so amazing I wanted to go ask for the recipe! We then went to the coolest bar ever with the most amazing art painted on the walls, tattooed bar staff and rock music blaring. It was so super cool then the others decided to put 'take on ...
