... island to see some of this funny looking and acting animals hanging in the mangroves. As we were leaving the snorkelling spot a big boat came hurtling towards us full of police. A long story short our lovely Captain was grilled for ages, shouted at and fined a couple of hundred dollars. It all appeared very unnecessary and over nothing (for example one fine was for a passenger manifesto which was at the hostel and not on the boat which as the captain pointed out isn't helpful being on ...

... definitely the learners surf waves. We knew Playa Bluff was the massive surf area but this would do for a nice relaxing time nestled amongst Palm trees and the coral reef surrounding the island. The weather in Bocas is pretty bad. Today it rained on and off all day. Today starter with the attempt to make the free breakfast of pancakes. I say attempt because mine just turned into a pile of batter mush and was fairly hideous. The morning went by with us chilling out in the room on the Internet. We ventured out in the afternoon In search of something to do. They have lots of tours to do here. But most of it is beach ...

... think both of us wanted to go to bed separate but didn't wanna say. Spoke to Ivo for a while then went to bed. Very strange as was around 4 then the Argentinian guy in room came over to my bed as I'd just got in it and said he really wanted to kiss me! And wanted to get in bed with me, didn't really understand why I was saying no! Hilarious! Eventually he went away! Then Ivo came in and I told him! Then went to sleep! No attention for ages then two in one ...
