          The overnight bus was pretty bad and not ideal for trying to sleep with salsa music playing all night long and hourly stops. We finally made it to Almirante, Panama around 4 am and took a 30 minute water taxi to the island which was dead that early in the morning.           ... not coming on the boat to Almirante so we ask how we get from the marine there to the bus station and we are told one of their guys will be there waiting for us. We are a bit suspect on this but there is another group of 4 European backpackers in the same boat (yep, pun intended) as us here and they look just as confused.           ... for the journey back. We'd just packed it away when the weather changed to what felt like a tropical storm, lots of wind and heavy rain. Good job I'd bought my rain cover.
