The Lonely Planet's recommended walking tour got a look in today! It was nice to wander a bit further from the area we're staying in and see a bit more of the town. Unfortunately some of the key buildings (like the City Hall) are seriously run down, but the museum was good and we also checked out the clan jetties which have the best public toilets ever!!     I still prefer walking distance eatery area

    Spacious room , non carpeted , service unit , location far from the backpackers area , you need to travel in car for about 20 minutes to reach town,ample of parking lots, near the Thean Hou Temple and Bukit Bendera.
