hello everyone! well 3 sleeps to go and we're getting pretty nervous/excited. i've **********e any packing yet. somebody i spoke to today said it's still very hot in LA. they have only just come back. so what to pack?????? only one day left at work, 5 hours to be exact and it can't come soon enough. i'll write the night before we leave. bye for now carol and kev.

It is school holiday time and there are several boats, sail and motor, anchored around the wrecks and along the shoreline plus a load of tourist enjoying the sandy beach and the cool waters. I flew with Quantas from LAX to Australia. The flight was long but the best experience ever. They had blankets, socks, a toothbrush, toothpaste, a pillow and a goodie bag on each of our seats. I slept most of the way. I sat beside this older lady who was from Montreal and there was no one sitting between us which was nice. ... 2008! We entered the small, unfamiliar airport and were on our way. Once the flight finished being delayed, that is. We was lucky, though, that we hadn't taken that earlier flight, since it was also delayed and ours actually ended up leaving before it.
