Today we knew exactly what we wanted to Independence Pass!! Sarah and Josh had told us how awesome it was so we just had to find out for ourselves!

Independence Pass is only open in the summer so would be closed soon...if you look it up I'm sure it will show you the route but it basically takes you down through Minturn, then through Leadville (the highest city in ...

Turns out I must have had some sort of altitude sickness at 3000m above sea level... That happened on our hike in Santa Fe as well.. well, now I know :)

I recovered quickly and finished the hike at least...

From you are my sunshine to when I'm sixty-four, we covered all the classics. Then it was time for dinner and cake...we were exhausted and hoping for clear weather on Saturday. -Jill and all her ...

... more cyclist to come. The workers were annoyed and didn't joke back. This cyclist was solo and doing a couple hundred miles to Colorado Springs. He had a strikingly similar smile to my ex, Jesse. He was trying to make up time, so didn't ride with us. Black Canyon of the Gunnison has been my most anticipated destination so far. It's like a dream. So beautiful. I started feeling stronger, yet sore in new places. It was hot, so we took a dip in the Gunnison River ...
