... lounge. Finally, after my mom was nearly done packing, I descended to the ground floor to check out at 11:45 am. We waited in the lobby for the shuttle as I checked up on Facebook. When the shuttle finally arrived, we filed in with other guests and were off to Terminal C of DFW.

My mom whispered that we shouldn't tip this time, and I agreed, especially since I didn't think I had any singles left! When we arrived at the terminal, we grabbed our luggage and quickly ...

Apparently Bryant Park was not so nice back in the day. It was called 'needle park' for a long time because of ...

... Labor Day weekend so we were all able to go and watch some of the US tennis open. We bought day tickets for Arthur Ash Stadium with the main event being the match between Venus Williams and Sara Errani. It was a tense match with most of the stadium unsurprisingly backing Venus. It looked like it was all over from the beginning when Errani took the first set 6-0. However, Venus came back in the second set with a win of 6-0 ...

... to drink a frozen hot chocolate with her. We had such a good time. We talked and walked around the area, had an extraordinary lunch, so good. Like a shrimp salad, but it was more shrimps with a little bit of lettuce. Damn, tasty. The place looked really cute as well, and, the drink, the frozen mint hot chocolate, that was simply the best. I never had such a good choco drink before, it beat Gent and other places by far! So after that, we walked through the neighborhood, ...
