Meh. This place looks like an old apartment building. The only redeeming quality is that it's on the Boardwalk. The weird thing about the room we got is that there is a window to the bathroom with mini blinds attached to it. Talk about awkward! Other than that, we got a queen bed with a full murphy bed in a tiny room.

... arrived in the late afternoon. The Knife and Fork Inn restaurant had great reviews and we were lucky enough to get a reservation that night. The food and atmosphere were great but unfortunately it turned out to be the highlight of our weekend … After dinner we walked to the boardwalk. The Inn was not in the main area and on our way we walked past a huge hotel and casino that was abandoned. The boardwalk is extremely long but you can’t see the ocean from the ...

      Day #5: Ice Cream!

This Tuesday was the day we went to Ben & Jerry's which was actually much cooler than I thought it would be. Our guide was very funny, yet informative and we learned a lot and got to sample a small cup of the ice cream. We went to Cold Hollow Cider Mill for a couple apple cider donuts and souvenirs and ate lunch at the Apple Core lunch place for great sandwiches. I think this day we went to ...

I even tried to get pictures of some of that. How people show appreciation or love varies so much world wide. We need to celebrate that diversity and know that each is valid and true for that ...

... drove over to Atlantic city to see the famous boardwalk. It was really differerent than what we expected. Finally found it and walked out into the sand near the water. Both places the sand was like powder very fine. Both beaches could be driven on but you would need a 4x4 to do it. Gary walked down the Atlantic city boardwalk to see what he ...

... for the first time as well. It is a form of preparation over open fire often on skewers. We had the Kobe beef and OMG it was AMAZING. We ordered a second portion. It was not cheap but tasted so good. We also tried the Sea Urchin sashimi. I did not personally care for it. The waitress described it as tasting like the ocean. It sort of did and not a good way. It was a great meal with great friends and I really enjoyed it. ...
