      ... for half an hour waiting for the shuttle bus to get back to the hotel. Back at the Patra and dumped our stuff in the room and hit the pool for an hour or so.

      Back to the room to change and then dinner at the Italian restaurant. Not the best pizza I've had and the mosquitoes had a liking to my blood.

      All up a reasonably steady first day. Photos to come, have been lazy.

      ... and not too hot but the high wind made snorkelling a bit trickier as strong currents conquered the coral paradise and decreased the visibility in the water. Nonetheless we still decided to go for some snorkel dives at various beaches. In the first couple of days it was a bit more exhausting but still, we saw a lot of stunning coral, lots of different fish and again some reef sharks.       ... thing we needed were haircuts! Nearly 3 months on the road and the mops needed trimming. Best thing ever was not having to book and we just walked into a salon and said "cut this!" They did just that and I don't think they did such a bad job. We still have hair at least!

      Whilst here "at home" - because that was exactly what it felt like the minute we walked through the door - we found time to enjoy long lie-ins and chill around the house ...
