      Day 6

It's Billy's Birthday!!!!! My gorgeous man is now 30!! Yay! He is officially old lol!! To celebrate his exit from his glorious 20s I planned a tour of all your 7mate reality shows including, Pawn Stars, Counting Choppers and Tanked. We went to all the stores and met a few of the guys on the shows, we also went to the stores of some of Rick's 'Buddies' that he calls in to value the old toys and sports memorabilia. We especially liked ...

... for you to chose from. Not a Pinus Radiata in sight!
Ran into these two beautiful dogs waiting for their master outside a shop. Had to stop and pat them - actually we couldn't walk past as one of them blocked our path until we did pat him. We also have seen this bird around Aspen as well. Found out he is a Black Billed Magpie. Different to our magpies in Australia especially as they have very long tails. However they still have ...

Nikki Hosp absolutely nailed the course and scored her first World Cup victory since 2008. She was one happy girl. Our Swedish ...

... event was free to attend and were even more amazed when they provided lunch to us as well. Soup, savoury and sweet waffles, apple strudel and cream, coffee, hot chocolate. There was plenty of food to feed the 500+ crowd. Live music and some kids games on the snow to watch. It was a real party atmosphere. The 2nd run commenced and once again we cheered, clapped and hollered. The crowd support for the Americans was ...

... our accent and just wanted to show us their store. Huge animals heads on the wall, antlers, thousands of Stetson hats, whips, belt buckles, knives, animal hides, you name it. We enjoyed it!

In the afternoon we were able to wander around the Wax/Ski tuning Room for the World Cup Teams. Was interesting to see the technicians working on the skis and gaining a greater appreciation of what goes into being a World ...
