    ... Gothic is a biological research laboratory in the Elk Mountains. Gothic was a neat town. Lots of research buildings and cabins. One store which sold ice cream and snacks.

    ... chips, as the salsa tasted very fresh. I had a house margarita and the enchiladas frescos with shredded beef. These are tortillas dipped in salsa and rolled around the filling and served with lettuce, crema and sauce. These enchiladas are a bit lighter in style than a traditional cheesy enchilada.
