      ... prepared our sweet treat, protein balls, with nuts, cranberries, maple syrup and coconut. At least we are healthy. As Allan said he is a vegetarian for breakfast, vegan for lunch and a meat eater for dinner.

      After lunch we pottered on home via Wivenhoe Dam. Here we stopped for a two kilometre walk. A slack day for our exercise regime. Then up through Esk and home.
