Today we went on a bicycle tour of Barcelona. We woke up early and had a quick breakfast at our place. It was a short Metro ride to Placa Jaume where we met our guide at the tour office. Our guide was friendly and energetic. She gave us lots if interesting facts about Barcelona and Catalonia. She is a Barcelona native. Like most who live here, she is proud of being Catalan. ...

treasure, Maria Fortuny (father of famous designer Fortuny) with his visionary painting
style (and a favorite of mine): most of the canvas has loose, indicative

... idea of where to go. The relief I felt when I finally got there was unreal. Getting lost isn't that bad unless it's 11 pm and your alone, like I was! But, you live and learn. After the game we went to a cafe and got cappuccinos and Kiefer got an espresso with a shot of baileys. There's no better drink at 1:30 am! ... room and kitchen was moved into our bedroom, our bathroom or upstairs one day before we left and was set to be put back one day after we returned home. I walked in the door at 5:30 p.m. last Saturday and screamed out an expletive. The patch didn't match and looked awful!!!
