    ... the first Saturday Kathy was here so we went shopping at Robina while the blokes took in a movie. The rest of time it was fine but a bit windy. We put Kathy & Greg back on the plane Thursday and the heavens opened up again on Friday & today. The seas were very rough but quite good to watch from behind the glass in our Unit - probably better than being in the confines of the caravan.

    ... we had seen the line shorter and not got into it, so we were worried we could miss it again. But the line filtered through and we got in and got 2nd row seats... Not too bad! The show was awesome as what will become the norm for the day.

    Airport pickup at 10am, drove to airport without any dramas. Checked in and waited in departures. Flight left on time, about 2.5hrs to Kuala Lumpur. A huge wait at the transfers section (but that filled in time) had about 4.5 hours wait till flight. Uneventful flight home, left about 9:45pm, arrived Gold Coast ...
