      ... to re-hydrate, we could of had water but we needed the calories to get our energy back. Well that's my excuse.
      That night we went to a typical Spanish restaurant and most of us went with Lyndon's recommendation of the garlic soup and Steak Rossini, absolutely spot on. Fillet steak with mushroom and fois gras, beautiful. Fed and watered we went home and slept like babies, well some of us did. Tomorrow is another day and hopefully even better riding.

      ... Once at the top next to the entrance to the castle we saw that there was a road there, with public bus service. Yes we felt just like we felt when we saw the elevator. We are the dumbest tourist in Spain. Entrance to the castle was free, again thanks to Easter Sunday. The castle itself is rather small, entirely designed for military use.
