    ... to use and without an Internet staff member available to help passengers, we had to rely on the customer service desk to sign us out during the first few days. Even they had trouble as well, as the clock ticked on for the minutes used. I would guess that of our 100 minutes purchased, we used 30 minutes just to get in and out of the Internet. It’s less stressful to find a Internate café in port and use unlimited WiFi for free.

    ... well as Customs. They have automated Passport Control now, which was really weird! ( 2013-11-18-MIA_LAUNCHES_SELF-SERVICE_PA SSPORT_CONTROL_KIOSKS.asp) But, we got through passports in like 10 minutes flat. Customs took a while longer because the line was really long, but overall, we cleared through both in about 40 minutes...record time! The there was TSA again, and I got randomly selected to go ...
