    Hired another car when we arrived and drove straight to miami beach. Parking was difficult, we had to pay everywhere we parked.     ... have a very early morning ahead of us tomorrow- our driver picking us up at 5am to get us to Palm Beach airport by 6.45 ready for us to head off to Hawaii!     We slept very late this morning. It was 10:00 when we woke up, of course that's only 7:00 a.m. Pacific time, so it really wasn't that late... We took our time getting ready, and then headed out to find some breakfast.
