... Sherbrooke Street, taking us away from the city centre! We stopped for directions at a shop and they pointed us in the right direction.

We finally made it into familiar territory and we stopped to refuel the car around 10pm on Sherbrooke Street. Not much further and we were back at the rental car depot on Stanley Street. ... and informative. The library in the parliament was absolutely stunning, but we weren’t allowed to take pictures so I bought a postcard. It was all red and royal-looking, with a large white statue of Queen Victoria in the middle. The inside of the Parliament was all marble and very impressive, too.
