    ... water as the waves came in and headed back. I was also extremely hot by this point. The heat here is amazing. There is the humidity that makes everything sticky and the sun is unrelenting. I have been applying a 55 SPF sunscreen but I'm just sweating it off. My nose is so red, I look like Rudolph.     The afternoon concluded with a thunderstorm that had the kids running to one of the three homes and us running to ours. Dinner was great.
