... We stayed on the bus throughout its Paris Grand Tour route until the rain abated.

The second day of our hop on/hop off bus ticket we alighted at the famous Notre-Dame Cathedral for a closer look. We then continued by bus to the Avenue Des Champs Elysees to explore the shopping precinct. We saw lots of other old paintings too.

We saw ancient Egyptian objects like masks, coffins, tombs, tools, furniture, weapons, statues and clothing. We also saw a real Egyptian mummy. They had special jars called Canopic Jars which has the liver, stomach, lungs and intestines in them.

It was too big to see in one day.

... they didn't have cranes and all that stuff that helps builders build today. When you look at one wall you can see all of the stained glass windows. We kept walking for another one and a half hours. We reached a macaroon shop. The macaroons were so delicate, if you dropped one it would scattered into thousands of pieces. They were delicious. I had a mint a mint one and a rose one. I needed to go to the toilet and we found a star bucks. We got something to drink ...
