    We biked up to Altea old town to see the church with blue tiled roof. Beautiful from the outside but not so good inside. The surrounding streets were full of artisan shops and a few small cafe's with excellent coffee. Bikes down again and along the front for lunch but found ...

    This visit I focused on juicing and Lars and I both attended the Mindset Classes moderated by Marco. It's always a great exercise to consider where we put our focus and how we approach problems and projects. I really enjoyed shifting my view to a more positive level.

    We also enjoyed walking in the country side and discovered the lovely seaside town of Moraira.

    ... of a plant called Neptune Grass which only grows under the Mediterranean. Then a couple of days ago both the 'hairy balls' and the jellyfish all disappeared and the beach is pristine.

    Back at the Shanty Town Site I have been having problems with the water, there is a tap on my pitch so I can keep my tank filled up but the water is not only extremely hard but also brackish and it produces a substantial quantity of disgusting ...

    It is goodbye to the thermals!

    ... tank had disgorged its contents onto the ground underneath. Normally the central heating also keeps the water tanks warm so that they can't freeze, if they are not kept warm then there is a failsafe mechanism which caused the tank valves to open and their contents are dumped. This is what happened and I had a huge and rather embarrassing lake underneath me when I got up.

    I reluctantly drove South from Navejas to the next site about 8 ...

    ... land which goes around the mar menor. It was very quiet and not much was happening there but it was still a cool place with the Mediterranean sea on one side and the mar menor on the other. The sunset was amazing over the mountains on the way back. Both the sunsets and sunrises here are very nice and they are beautiful colours!
