... 30+ degrees out without a single cloud in the sky. Having already learnt from Maggie and Sue's Swiss mountain sun burns, we were well prepared with sunscreen this time. Still getting some sweet tans though, no longer glow white from the Canadian winter! Drained from the heat, we headed back to the hostel and made our final booking arrangements in Greece. ... has gone, good thing is Salzburg is only about an hour and a half away so plenty of other trains today. Right now about an hour from Lintz so will out my typing away for now and watch the lovely countryside. We of course arrive Lenz and are well after our connection, so pop on the first available train we see. And settle into first class, our euro pass covers this, well would do had it not been a private train, but money buys all, just 12 euros each sees us all sweet. See you in ...

... s refusal to shut back down until around 5! Geoff had no sooner left the room while I continued my snooze than there was a knock on the door. The hotel Conceirge, Martin, had arrived with a bottle of Champagne. Compliments of the hotel. He said he noticed Geoff was out, so brought it up so I could surprise him. Dude. ... coffee, beer, cake and donuts we were feeling pretty full at this point so we decided to just share a meal. We ordered something which had bacon, chicken, potatos and cheese and it was one of the most delicious meals I've ever eaten.

The day was starting to drag at this point but I was keen to see Old Town and Charles bridge lit up at night so we had to stick around. Unfortunately being in Europe in the summer, this meant waiting around until after 9pm. ...
