      This visit I focused on juicing and Lars and I both attended the Mindset Classes moderated by Marco. It's always a great exercise to consider where we put our focus and how we approach problems and projects. I really enjoyed shifting my view to a more positive level.

      We also enjoyed walking in the country side and discovered the lovely seaside town of Moraira.

The trip to the market was the best time I have had in months, the market was huge and bustling, with everything imaginable on sale and it was a joy to get fruit, veg and honey from local suppliers instead of the poor stuff on sale at the supermarket.       ... be resolved, it is getting worse and now doesn't provide me with hot water at all. I emailed the Truma company in Germany and explained my situation and got a lovely response saying there should be no reason why I couldn't get it fixed fast and they would get back to me after the week end, so now I am waiting to see what will happen. In the mean time I am making friends with my neighbours and doing quite a lot of talking and drinking with them, so life isn't all bad.

      ... too cold for a swim. Later in the day we went to a quiz which our grandparents go to and had dinner there. We came last because all the questions were about ancient things since its for all the retirees!!
