... I was amazed at the natural beauty of the surroundings and excited by the 6km path around the lark where there were many people walking, running and biking. Boats, paddle boarders, rowers and swans all shared the lake. We finished the day with a lovely meal of tai tai (rice with vegetables and chicken in a savoury sauce) and local libations. As we left the cave the path which clung to the side of a mountain had a diversion to the Slap (waterfall ), this also was amazing as it thundered down and then disappeared into the caves. ... book all or part of it. We camped at one like this in Belgium. Back at camp we put the satellite phone into it's secret compartment and turned the rest of Dreamcatcher upside down looking for books on Bulgaria and Turkey. ... little roofs on the top. We pass through Bled, Slovenia's top tourist attraction, where it's very busy due to a marathon taking place. Half an hour later and we arrive at Lake Bohinj, a beautiful clear lake with steep sided mountains all around it's shores. The campsite is right on the lake side. Wow!
