We moved pretty slow this morning after having so much fun last night. We decided to pack up our belongings, check out of our room, and head to the promenade for breakfast. Helena, the woman who runs the apartments, let us leave our bags behind, so that was great. We ate ham and eggs and drank bijela kava (white coffee) and a cappuccino while looking out towards the Peljesac peninsula and choppy Adriatic. It was a pretty windy day so we had to hold onto our hats and napkins. We ...

Still a bit 'touristy', but the residents definitely lived more of a 'normal' life and could care less about the droves of tour groups with their cameras. Our table decided to order one of each item on the menu so we could share and sample everything. ...

Lunch was a delicious pizza sided by local beer and dinner was an assortment of bread, locally made olive oil, olive paste and salami. Another highlight was seeing a possible location for filming Game of Thrones and then seeing two of the actors casually walking through the streets. All in all a very enjoyable time. ...

... have some fruit. When we got back dad spotted a big crab that was on the rocks. When the crab saw us he scurried away and didn't now where he was so we tried to look for him. Eventually we gave up because he was to hard to find again. We then walked back home and had a pasta and bolognese. Mum put too much chilli in it so it was very chilly. We then went to bed after our desert of even more gelato and some mikado ...
