Our first stop before leaving Barcelona was a VW shop called Camping Cars that I spotted on the internet. It appears to be the ideal place to get our transmission diagnosed and repaired. It was closed today, being Saturday, but the door was open a crack so I went in and found a fellow who was likely the owner or manager. ... was overhanging so some of the routes stayed dry. We managed to get in a few good climbs on the vertical walls before the rain really set in.

... met a Russian girl named Sasha who tagged along as well as two of Matthieu's friends from Switzerland. The Paella was amazing, I don't think you could put more seafood or meat into a single dish, fish, mussels, squid, octopus, shrimp, chicken, sausage etc. and I think I even found a piece of beef in there, all with rice (or is it risotto?) in a spicy tomato sauce.
