The main cathedral all stately with massive columns, gargoyles and Catholic statuary between the gilded side chapels was not my scene, but some of the huge paintings behind the various altars are fine examples of ancient religious art.
Where there were always long thin candles to buy and light for a prayer, they have moved on and have banks of electronic candles which light up if you pop in a note. We didn't and not many others ...

... In typical 4D fashion you had 3D glasses, moving chairs, air blowing at you, a bit of mist and such. The mist was actually really nice after the Barcelona heat! After the show we headed up the hill to the park. The park lands are very pretty and offer stunning views back down to the city. There isn’t too many structures inside the park, but what there is in typical Gaudi style. Walking around the park was fun, except I was enjoying it more than the other boys ...
