The bus was right on time to collect its first passenger, being the off season there were only five passengers, four Russians and me, did feel a little sorry for the guide, having to explain first in Russian and then again in English just for me. Many people have no idea of the underground areas under their building. The last flood was 2002 and it was the biggest flood on record killing 17 people in prague.
